A: We are proudly based in Los Angeles, California.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Not at the moment. We currently ship only within the United States.

Q: Do you restock sold-out items?
A: Some limited collections may not return. Follow us on Instagram @FromGTG to stay updated on restocks and new drops.


🚚 Shipping & Processing

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders typically ship within 2-3 weeks of purchase. Delivery times may vary based on courier and location.

Q: Do you ship on weekends or holidays?
A: Processing times exclude weekends and holidays and may be affected by delivery location closures or courier delays.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.


🌎 Pre-Sale Items

Q: What does "Pre-Sale" mean?
A: Pre-sale items are made to order and not yet in stock. Please allow 4–6 weeks for processing and production.

Q: When will my pre-sale item ship?
A: Pre-sale items ship within 4–6 weeks. Delivery may take an additional 2–10 business days depending on your location and courier.

Q: Can I cancel or return a pre-sale item?
A: All pre-sale purchases are final. Please double-check your item and size before ordering.

A: All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds.

Q: What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
